4 Finding a Cardholder in PersonPoint
This section covers how to Find, search and filter cardholders in the PersonPoint app.
PREREQUISITES ...
- The System Galaxy Web API Service must be properly installed and running.
- The SG Database must be running.
- The cardholder must already be enrolled into System Galaxy.
IMPORTANT: The smartphone must have a valid network account and valid Wireless Router settings must be configured in the smartphone for the private wireless router, or the smartphone must have a wireless signal from an internet service provider in order to proceed.
